These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cortevi website at cortevi.com (the “Site”) and any related services, including the device launch notification list (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

1. Information Resource, Not a Medical Provider

Cortevi is an independent information resource about at-home tDCS for depression. We are not a healthcare provider, telehealth platform, medical practice, or medical device supplier. No medical evaluations, clinical assessments, prescriptions, or medical device fulfillment services are rendered through this Site. The Site is informational and educational only.

By signing up for launch notifications, you are expressing interest in receiving updates when the Flow Neuroscience FL-100 device becomes available for prescription in the United States. Signing up does not create a provider-patient relationship, does not constitute a clinical intake, and does not obligate Cortevi to provide any medical services.

2. Notification List

2.1 No Guarantee

Signing up for the Cortevi notification list does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription for the Flow Neuroscience FL-100 headset or any other medical device or treatment. When the device becomes available in the US, a prescription from a licensed clinician following an appropriate clinical evaluation will be required to obtain the device.

2.2 Notification Order

Notifications are sent in the order registrations are received. Cortevi reserves the right to modify the notification program at any time and without prior notice.

2.3 No Charge

There is no charge to sign up for notifications. Signing up does not create any financial obligation.

3. No Medical Services

Cortevi does not provide medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription services, or medical device fulfillment. The information on this Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services immediately.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site and sign up for notifications. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the signup form;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks connected to it;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems;
  • Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, spiders) to access or collect data from the Site without our express written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cortevi and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Flow Neuroscience® and FL-100® are trademarks of Flow Neuroscience AB and are used for descriptive purposes only. Cortevi is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Flow Neuroscience AB.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including regulatory and medical device information (such as FDA databases). These links are provided for your convenience only. Cortevi does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORTEVI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CORTEVI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CORTEVI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF CORTEVI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL CORTEVI’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cortevi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
