When the Flow Neuroscience FL-100 device becomes available in the United States, obtaining the device will require a prescription from a licensed clinician following an appropriate clinical evaluation performed outside of Cortevi.

The Flow Neuroscience FL-100 is a prescription-only Class III medical device approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) under premarket approval (PMA) P230024. It is indicated for moderate-to-severe major depressive disorder in adults 18 and older as monotherapy or as an adjunct to antidepressant medication. The device may only be prescribed by a licensed clinician following an appropriate clinical evaluation. Cortevi does not manufacture, distribute, sell, or warrant the FL-100 device. All information about the FL-100 is derived from publicly available FDA documentation, the manufacturer’s published materials, and peer-reviewed literature.
